The technology inside Theora
Two systems, one frame: a sensor array that reads your body continuously, and FERAL — a private AI agent that turns those readings into action, hands-free.
Sensor array
The face carries the richest continuous health signal on the body. Theora reads it quietly, all day, at low power.

Hardware
A single flush biosensor module sits in the temple tip — no bulky pucks, no charging cradle for the sensor. It reads continuously and hands off to FERAL for interpretation, entirely on-device.
FERAL, the agentic brain
FERAL is the private, local-first AI runtime that powers Theora. It doesn't wait for you to ask a question — it keeps memory, notices change, and takes gated action.
FERAL remembers your trends over weeks and months, not just the last five minutes, so it can tell a bad night's sleep from a real pattern.
Baselines are personal. FERAL calibrates to your body instead of comparing you to a population average.
Every real-world action — a nudge, a summary, a notification — passes through a policy you control. Nothing acts silently.
"Note that." "Summarize what I just heard." A voice companion that works without pulling out a phone.
The loop
all-day eyewear
eye-level + body

a gated, hands-free nudge
small daily wins
The longer you wear it, the better FERAL knows you — and the more useful its actions become.
Form factor

Private by design
FERAL is local-first and open-source (Apache-2.0), currently in public beta on macOS & Linux. Your body data and the agent's memory stay on your device by default, never harvested into an ad model. Every new sensor registers over one protocol — that's configuration, not a rebuild.
